The 4 On The 4th Road Race Course

4 mile course through Carrboro. Start and finish at McDougle Middle School.

This 4 mile course was designed specifically for the Cardinal Track Club's 4 On The 4th road race. The picturesque route takes runners through the tree-lined streets of Carrboro neighborhoods. It has a couple rolling hills, but is a relatively flat course. The track finish makes for a fast final quarter mile. If you are running this course alone, please take care along the Old Fayetteville Road portion as there is no sidewalk or bike lane. Other than that, the roads are lightly travelled or they have a bike lane to run in. There is ample parking at McDougle Middle School, but there is even more parking at Anderson Park, just a quarter mile from McDougle.
